Prilagođene RFID narukvice | Kupite prilagođene RFID narukvice za događaje

Običaj RFID narukvice are RFID-enabled wristbands customized for a specific system, brand, or application. Unlike standard RFID wristbands, they are produced with your required material, appearance, RFID chip, and data configuration so they can work directly with your access control, ticketing, membership, or identification system.

What Can Be Customized on Our RFID Wristbands?

A custom RFID wristband has two key parts: the physical wristband and the RFID technology inside it. The wristband can be customized with different materials, colors, sizes, and branding elements, while the RFID component can be customized with the required chip type, frequency, memory, and encoded data. Both must match the intended use to ensure reliable performance and user experience.

Types of Custom RFID Wristbands

We offer several RFID wristband materials that can be selected based on different application scenarios, wearing durations, and functional requirements.

Silikonske RFID narukvice

RFID silikonska narukvica

Silikonske RFID narukvice are made from flexible medical-grade or industrial-grade silicone rubber. They have a thick, solid structure that feels soft on the wrist while remaining highly resistant to water, sweat, UV exposure, and daily wear. Because the RFID chip is permanently sealed inside the silicone body, these wristbands are durable enough for long-term use and repeated scanning.

Silicone wristbands are available in standard band shapes as well as custom molded designs, and they support debossed, embossed, color-filled, printed, and laser-engraved branding. Compared with other materials, silicone offers the best combination of durability, waterproof performance, and long service life.

Tkane RFID narukvice

RFID tkanine narukvice

Tkane RFID narukvice use woven polyester or similar textile materials. Their main advantage is wearing comfort. The fabric is lightweight, breathable, and flexible, making it suitable for users who need to wear the wristband continuously for several days.

Unlike silicone wristbands, fabric wristbands provide a larger decorative area and can incorporate woven patterns, full-color printing, or branded labels directly into the textile design. They are often paired with one-way locking closures that make removal difficult without cutting the band, helping reduce unauthorized transfer between users. Fabric wristbands generally create a more premium and event-focused appearance than plastic-based alternatives.

PVC RFID narukvice

Vinilne narukvice

PVC RFID wristbands are made from soft vinyl or multilayer PVC materials. They are thinner and lighter than silicone wristbands while still offering good water resistance and flexibility. PVC wristbands provide a smooth printable surface, making them suitable for designs that require logos, photographs, color graphics, QR codes, barcodes, or variable numbering. Their appearance is similar to traditional event wristbands but with integrated RFID functionality. Compared with fabric wristbands, PVC wristbands are easier to clean and more resistant to moisture, while offering better print quality for detailed graphics.

Paper RFID Wristbands

Paper RFID wristbands are typically produced from synthetic paper, coated paper, or thermal-printable materials with an adhesive closure. They are designed primarily for short-term use and are usually the most economical RFID wristband option.

The lightweight construction makes them practical for large-volume distribution, and the printable surface allows clear display of event information, serial numbers, QR codes, and access levels. Because they are intended for temporary use, paper wristbands prioritize low cost and fast deployment rather than long-term durability.

Woven or Elastic RFID Wristbands

This type of RFID wristbands combine textile aesthetics with enhanced wearing comfort. Woven versions use decorative textile patterns integrated directly into the band, while elastic ones stretch to fit different wrist sizes without requiring rigid adjustment mechanisms.

These wristbands often have a more fashionable appearance than standard event wristbands and are frequently selected when branding and user experience are important considerations. Depending on the design, the RFID component may be integrated into a decorative slider, a sewn-in label, or a sealed tag section, allowing the technology to remain discreet while maintaining the overall visual style of the wristband.

Wristband Structure and Wearing Style

The structure of a custom RFID wristband affects how it is worn, how securely it stays on the wrist, and how the RFID tag is built into the product.

The first thing to confirm is the wearing style. Some wristbands are made for repeated use, so they need an adjustable size, a comfortable fit, and a closure that can be opened and closed many times. This is common for gyms, hotels, resorts, schools, staff access, and membership programs. Other wristbands are made for one-time use. In that case, the structure should make the wristband difficult to remove without damage, so it cannot be easily transferred to another person.

Common closure types we provide for custom RFID wristbands are:

  • One-time-use plastic locks are often used for festivals, concerts, ticketed events, and multi-day admission. Once locked, the wristband cannot be removed normally without cutting or damaging it.
  • Aluminum locking beads are commonly used on fabric RFID wristbands. They can be tightened after the wristband is fitted and are suitable for event access control.
  • Adjustable reusable buckles are better for long-term users who need to wear and remove the wristband many times.
  • Snap-button closures are often used on PVC RFID wristbands. They are quick to fit and suitable for short-term identification or visitor management.
  • Elastic wristbands do not need a traditional buckle. They stretch to fit the wrist and are usually chosen when comfort and simple wearing are more important than anti-transfer control.

The RFID component can also be integrated in different ways. Some wristbands hide the RFID chip inside the band for a clean appearance. This is common in silicone RFID wristbands, where the chip or RFID module is sealed inside the molded body. Other wristbands use a visible RFID slider, tag module, sewn label, or attached RFID section, which is often seen in fabric, woven, or event-style wristbands.

The placement of the RFID module should match the way the wristband will be scanned. A wristband used for close-range tap access should allow the user to present the RFID area easily to the reader. A thicker band, smaller RFID module, curved wearing position, or hidden chip design can all affect how the wristband feels and how naturally it is scanned.

Printing and Surface Personalization Methods

The best printing method depends on the wristband material, the design detail, and how long the wristband needs to stay readable.

For silicone RFID wristbands, molded logo effects are often the most durable choice. Debossed logos are pressed into the wristband surface, while embossed logos are raised above the surface. Both are suitable for simple text, icons, and brand marks that need to remain visible after repeated use. If you want stronger contrast, the recessed or raised logo can also be color-filled.

Silicone can also support screen printing and laser engraving. Screen printing works well for simple flat graphics, but it is more exposed to surface wear than molded effects. Laser engraving is better for clean text, simple numbers, and permanent markings, but it is not used for full-color artwork.

For fabric RFID wristbands, the design method is usually based on the look you want. Woven logos are built into the textile itself, so they feel integrated with the wristband and are suitable for simple patterns, event names, and brand elements. Heat-transfer printing or printed labels are better when the design needs more color, sharper artwork, or smaller details than weaving can show clearly.

PVC RFID wristbands are better for flat printed designs. Their smooth surface can display logos, event graphics, visitor details, serial numbers, QR codes, and barcodes with good clarity. PVC is often selected when the wristband needs both water resistance and readable printed information.

Paper RFID wristbands are also suitable for flat printing, especially for short-term use and large-volume events. They are a practical option for printed access levels, event dates, basic logos, simple QR codes, and sequential numbers. Since paper wristbands are designed for temporary use, they are usually chosen for cost and fast distribution rather than long-term wear resistance.

Printed codes need more attention than normal artwork. QR codes and barcodes should have enough size, strong contrast, and clear blank space around the code. Very small codes, low-contrast colors, curved placement, or busy background graphics can make scanning less stable. If the wristband needs to be scanned often, the code should be placed on a flat, easy-to-see area instead of being wrapped too tightly around the wrist.

Small text and fine lines also have limits. A logo that looks clear on a computer screen may lose detail when it is molded into silicone, woven into fabric, or printed on a narrow wristband. For small logos, serial numbers, and code printing, clean shapes and strong contrast usually work better than gradients, thin strokes, or complex artwork.

RFID Chip and Frequency Options

We support LF, HF/NFC, and UHF RFID wristband customization, with chip options for UID reading, writable memory, NFC interaction, secure access, EPC identification, and user memory storage.

LF RFID Wristbands

LF RFID wristbands are usually customized with 125 kHz or 134.2 kHz chips. Common options include EM4100, TK4100, EM4200, T5577, Hitag chips, and FDX-B chips when 134.2 kHz identification is required. EM4100, TK4100, and EM4200 are commonly used as UID-based identification chips. T5577 is a rewritable LF chip that can be configured for compatible low-frequency systems. LF wristbands are often supplied for access control, locker systems, ID systems, and existing reader environments that already use low-frequency technology.

HF RFID narukvice

HF RFID wristbands use 13.56 MHz chips and can be customized with different ISO 14443A, ISO 15693, and NFC-compatible chip options. Common choices include MIFARE Classic, MIFARE Ultralight, MIFARE DESFire, NTAG213, NTAG215, NTAG216, and ICODE series chips.

MIFARE Classic provides sector-based memory and is still widely used in many access control, membership, and ticketing systems. MIFARE DESFire is used when stronger authentication, protected data access, and higher-security HF operation are required. ICODE series chips are usually selected for ISO 15693 applications that need a different HF protocol and memory structure.

NFC narukvice

NFC wristbands are part of the 13.56 MHz HF category, but they are customized for smartphone interaction. When a project needs phone scanning, we usually supply NFC-readable chips such as NTAG213, NTAG215, or NTAG216 and encode them with NDEF data. This allows the wristband to open a URL, show text, share contact information, or trigger other NFC-based interactions.

UHF RFID narukvice

UHF RFID wristbands are usually customized with EPC Gen2 / ISO 18000-63 chips for longer-range identification or batch reading. Common chip options include Impinj Monza, Alien Higgs, and NXP UCODE series chips. These chips are typically used for EPC-based identification, and some models also provide additional user memory.

UHF wristbands are selected when the project needs longer reading distance, hands-free identification, or multi-tag reading. Because the tag is worn close to the human body, UHF wristbands require more attention to antenna size, tag position, reader power, and scanning angle.

Encoding and Data Requirements

RFID wristbands can be supplied blank, UID-read only, or pre-encoded with the data format required by your system. The right option depends on whether your system reads the chip’s factory ID, a written ID, an EPC value, an NFC record, or protected data inside the chip memory.

For UID-based systems, the wristband usually does not need extra encoding. The reader scans the chip UID, and your software links that UID to a guest, ticket, room, locker, member account, or staff record. The UID is normally a factory-programmed chip number, so it is not treated like a normal writable data field. If your project needs a customer-defined number, that data is usually written into the available memory area instead of changing the UID.

For pre-encoded wristbands, we can write different types of data depending on the chip. NFC wristbands can be encoded with NDEF records such as URLs, text records, or contact data. UHF wristbands are commonly encoded in the EPC memory area, with user memory used when the selected chip supports it. MIFARE Classic wristbands can use block or sector memory for system-defined data. DESFire wristbands require a more structured setup, such as applications, files, keys, and access permissions, based on the target system.

Encoding can be prepared in the required output format. Common options include hex, decimal, ASCII, fixed-length numbers, leading zeros, prefixes, facility codes, site codes, byte order settings, EPC length, and NDEF record type.

Matching Printed Numbers, QR Codes, and RFID Data

For custom RFID wristbands with unique numbers or codes, we can match the printed information on the wristband with the RFID data inside the chip. This is useful when each wristband needs its own printed serial number, QR code, barcode, chip UID, encoded ID, or EPC value.

There are two common ways to handle this.

The first method is UID matching. In this case, we do not write a new ID into the chip. Instead, we read the factory UID from each RFID chip and match it with the printed number, QR code, or barcode on the wristband. This works well for systems that identify each wristband by UID and then bind that UID to a record in the software.

The second method is pre-encoded data matching. In this case, you provide the ID, URL, or other data that needs to be written into each chip. We encode the RFID data according to the production file and match it with the printed number, QR code, barcode, or production sequence on the same wristband.

A matching file usually keeps all related values in one row. For example:

Printed No.QR Code ValueChip UIDEncoded IDEPC Value
000128TICKET-00012804A37B91C21000128300833B2XXXX

For orders with numbered or encoded batches, we can also help control the sequence, which helps avoid duplicate numbers or mismatched data.

After production, we can provide a return data file when needed. The file can include the key matching information for each wristband, making it easier to import data into your system and verify that the printed and RFID data have been correctly paired.

How Much Do Custom RFID Wristbands Cost?

Custom RFID wristbands usually cost about US$0.10 to US$2.50+ per piece for bulk orders, depending on the wristband type, RFID chip, printing, encoding, and quantity. Simple disposable RFID wristbands for events are usually at the lower end. Reusable silicone, fabric, NFC, secure HF, or UHF wristbands usually cost more.

As a rough range, paper or disposable RFID wristbands may start from around US$0.10–US$0.40 per piece in large quantities. PVC, fabric, and standard event RFID wristbands are often around US$0.30–US$0.80 per piece. Reusable silicone NFC or HF RFID wristbands are commonly around US$0.80–US$2.50+ per piece, especially when they use better chips, custom colors, logo printing, laser numbering, or special packaging.

The final price can be higher for small orders, custom molds, special chips such as DESFire or UHF, one-by-one encoding, UID reading, QR code matching, or sorted packaging.

Can Custom RFID Wristbands Be MadeTamper-Evident?

Yes. Event RFID wristbands can be made with tamper-evident or one-time-use closures.

For woven fabric RFID wristbands, disposable barrel locks and side-load barrel locks are common choices. These locks help prevent users from removing and transferring the wristband without damage. Reusable slider clasps are also available when the wristband needs to be worn and removed multiple times.

Can RFID Wristbands Support Cashless Payment?

Yes. RFID wristbands can be used for cashless payment systems when they are connected to a compatible event, hotel, resort, or venue payment platform.

The wristband itself stores or identifies the RFID credential. The account balance, payment rules, and transaction records are usually managed by the software system. For payment-style projects, the chip type, security method, and platform setup should be confirmed before production.

Can You Print UID Numbers or Security Codes on RFID Wristbands?

Yes. UID numbers, security codes, serial numbers, QR codes, and barcodes can be printed on custom RFID wristbands when the wristband material provides enough printable area.

For event wristbands, UID or security code printing is often added to the PVC tag area. For silicone wristbands, laser marking or printing can be used for simple numbers or codes. If the printed number needs to match the chip UID or encoded data, we can prepare a matching file for production.
