Small RFID Reader with 125 kHz Type-C Connection
Mini 125 kHz RFID Reader for Android Devices
JIA-65D is a small RFID reader designed for reading compatible 125 kHz cards directly from Android phones, tablets and other supported Type-C devices.
The reader measures only 35 × 35 × 7 mm and weighs approximately 20 g, making it suitable for portable identification and mobile RFID applications where a full-size desktop or handheld reader is unnecessary.
It connects directly through Type-C and is powered by the host device, so no separate power adapter is required. For computer use, the reader can also be connected through a compatible OTG or USB adapter.
JIA-65D supports EM4100, TK4100, SMC4001 and compatible 125 kHz cards, with a specified reading distance of up to 100 mm, depending on the card and operating environment.

Use with Android Devices or Computers
JIA-65D is designed around a simple plug-in workflow.
For supported Android devices, the reader can connect directly through the Type-C port. This allows a phone or tablet to be used as the host device for mobile card identification without carrying a separate handheld terminal.
For computer applications, a compatible OTG or USB adapter can be used to connect the Type-C reader to a PC.
Card IDs are output in 10-digit decimal format by default. Customized output formats are also available for projects that require a different card-number structure.
Typical Applications
- Mobile Card Identification
Suitable for reading 125 kHz cards with a compatible Android phone or tablet during mobile identification tasks. - Portable Personnel Registration
The small size and Type-C connection make the reader practical for field registration or temporary identification stations. - Access Card Enrollment
Can be used to capture compatible EM4100 or TK4100 card IDs for access-control or user-management software. - Field RFID Data Collection
Useful where operators need a lightweight reader that can be carried with an Android device instead of a full-size RFID terminal.
