Woven White UHF Textile Linen Laundry Tags for Clothing
Compact Textile Tags for Reusable Linen
This RFID linen tag is a passive UHF transponder designed for attachment to sheets, towels, uniforms and other reusable textiles. Its 35 × 15 mm format fits applications where installation space is limited.
The tag remains attached during laundering and provides an electronic identifier for item-level records. Compatible handheld or fixed readers capture that identifier at collection, sorting, inventory or dispatch points.

Industrial Laundry Process Conditions
The specified durability is 200 cycles under the following process conditions.
| Process | Temperature | Exposure per cycle | Cycles |
| Washing | 90°C | 15 minutes | 200 |
| Pre-drying | 180°C | 30 minutes | 200 |
| Ironing | 180°C | 10 seconds | 200 |
| High-temperature disinfection | 135°C | 20 minutes | 200 |
These figures describe process exposure, rather than a continuous RFID reading temperature.
Sewing and Heat-Seal Attachment
Sew the tag onto the textile or retain it in a suitable hem or pocket. Keep stitches away from the embedded chip and antenna.
For heat-seal installation, the specified settings are:
| Installation parameter | Setting |
| Temperature | 218°C |
| Pressing time | 18 seconds |
| Pressure | 0.5–0.8 MPa |
Choose a location that allows the tag to lie naturally without repeated sharp folding. Check the fabric’s suitability for the selected attachment method and confirm the finished installation on a sample.
RFID Tags for Linen Collection and Dispatch
RFID tags for linen associate individual items with records in a laundry management system. At collection, scans can register returned stock; at dispatch, another scan can compare the prepared items with the customer’s order.
This supports reconciliation between what was received and what is being returned. Item type, ownership and service history are maintained in the connected software.
For batch scanning, test the actual bag or cart arrangement to confirm reading coverage and avoid capturing nearby items.

Frequently Asked Question
The top questions about RFID linen tag
A standard smartphone NFC reader cannot read this UHF configuration. Use a compatible UHF RFID reader.
No. Wash counts require the connected system to log an event at the relevant stage. The tag supplies the identifier used to associate that event with the item.
Hospital use alone does not determine the version. If the tagged textile will enter an MRI environment, specify that requirement and request the optional MRI configuration for review against the intended conditions.
Yes. They are intended to remain with reusable textiles through the specified laundry process. Replacement may also be needed if the textile, attachment or tag is damaged.
The MOQ is 1,000 pcs. Contact our team to confirm sample availability for attachment, laundry-process and reader evaluation.
