This 12dBi RFID antenna is designed for fixed UHF RFID systems where RF coverage needs to be directed toward a defined reading area.
Operating at 902–928 MHz, the antenna combines 12dBi gain, circular polarization and a 40° × 40° beamwidth.
The narrower beam helps concentrate RF energy toward the intended reading zone rather than spreading coverage across a wider area.
The antenna can be connected to compatible fixed RFID readers with external antenna ports, including 4-port and 8-port UHF RFID readers used for warehouse checkpoints, gates, vehicle lanes and other fixed installations.
Focused 40° × 40° RFID Coverage
The combination of 12dBi gain and a 40° horizontal × 40° vertical beamwidth makes this antenna suitable for applications where a more directional RFID reading zone is required.
Circular polarization provides more tolerance when tag orientation varies, while the specified front-to-back ratio of ≥25 dB helps concentrate radiation toward the front of the antenna.
